I was going to HOK to address the oil change, as well as our passenger rear window concern. After being told I was going to have to pay for it up front for diagnostics, I placed a call to Honda of Gurnee. They will take care of it. Was trying to stay closer to home for service, but was disappointed of the care received.

This is Bob Your customer service people need to be trained to know how and why things are done in the service department. I drove an hour today for an oil change, w/o an appt , because I was told that they take walk ins, first come, first served. Guess what, they don’t! I only got the oil changed because of a cancellation .

I was glad Honda was able to get my vehicle done in a timely manner. But also a bit disappointed I came in to replace a tire since I had a flat. My donut was just sat in the trunk and not properly put away in the stowaway compartment. To access it you have to use tools so it would’ve been simple enough for them to do it but caused me a huge inconvenience to me by having to figure out how to put it back correctly.
