was expecting someone to follow up regarding feedback after yesterday's service. I chose to get my vehicle serviced at Honda of Kenosha, even though there are two other Honda service centers closer to my home, as I trusted your quality of service. However, yesterday’s experience was incredibly disappointing. The visit was meant to be a simple oil change and general inspection, yet I ended up waiting for two hours. While the wait itself was tolerable, what was truly frustrating was that the service was incomplete. I noticed after leaving that the tire pressure hadn’t even been checked—a standard part of any general inspection. The tire pressure was left unchanged and low, just as it was before the service. Additionally, the complimentary car wash, which has always been provided during previous visits, was completely overlooked. When I purchased the car, I was assured that the car wash service was free for life, yet it wasn’t done this time, even during a service visit. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to return. I hope you can address these concerns to ensure better service in the future.
