Sam is great. 5 ...I just wish they would have discussed two other things that could have been "fixed" on my car while it was there. Transmission fluid FAILED and fuel/air induction system both need attention and I would have LOVED TO take care of all of this at the same time. Not sure if you are aware but bringing a car in for service can be a pain in the **** This is just my option. Sam was great - but ONE AND DONE - do this All at once !! Now I’ll Have to schedule ANOTHER appointment because of these issues! ????

Sam does a great job. He comes out and greet you right away. He explains everything thoroughly for you can understand what’s going on and keeps you informed goes the extra mile to make sure everything’s right.

While waiting I wanted to try your Starbucks coffee that was advertised for your customers which unfortunately was out of so I thought I'd get some water and your filtered water was broke. I also tried to get some water from your faucet and no water came out I had to go in the ladies room and sip some water out of the faucet as I didn't have my purse to purchase anything. No one even offered me a bottled water. Customer service here is very bad. There was even other customers complaining about that

Joe did a great job with me. I had my car in before this and was confused regarding Hondas warranty and recall policies and Joe did a great job explaining that to me. I was not happy (with Honda) at having to pay for this very expensive and unexpected repair. I left upset. Because Joe was so good at understanding the situation I came back and got my repairs done . So glad I did. This was a win for your dealership.
