I dropped my car off at 8:15 and I didn't get it back till 12:30 and I just felt like that was way too long. I had other plans later in the morning that I had to change. Then when it was finally done I got a text that I could pay on my phone which I did and then when I went to pick up the paperwork the girl at the desk was rude because she didn't have proof that I paid. So I had to show her the text and my bank statement where they took it off.. the best part about it was the guy that gave me a ride to my sons he was very nice. I will probably go someplace else next time

I entered the service area about 10 minutes before my appointment time of 2:30pm. The service advisors were not in their offices. The woman at the payment desk checked me in. I didn't see the service advisor until the vehicle service was completed over an hour later. And unrelated to the service advisor, I didn't appreciate thta you chose to have Fox News playing on the TV in the waiting area. If this representative of your dealership's political views, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service and never purchase another vehicle from your dealership.

I spoke with a gentleman explaining that I wanted an oil change. He said there was a recall and wondered if both could be done at the same time. I agreed and dropped it off. I picked the truck up and realized that there was an inspection done and no oil change. I have to bring it back tomorrow for the oil change. There was obviously a big lack of communication between sevice managers!

Nice staff, but this is only my second time coming for service and I still don't feel like there's clear directions for the check in process. I kinda just park the car and let the first person I see know. Feels a little ineffective that way.

Cost of battery replacement too great. After replacement did not reset electrical instruments ie clock etc.

The service took 1-1/2 hours and when I checked the tire pressure, we were told all were at 36 # but by the car screen it posted 36-43 front and back 35-40. We went and had them checked and the car was accurate. Was not happy. The tires were checked before we went anywhere so no pressure was built up from driving. Jim
