There was an error made in charging me for a tire rotation both last time and this time based information given on the paperwork that didn’t make sense. Chad has assured me that he will “make it right” the next time I bring my car in for service.

Chad Meyer provided me with the most professional and respectful service I have ever had. His disposition was perfect as he put my anxiety at ease after being lightly chastised by a different management type employee after entering the service area in the incorrect direction. He did not have to even talk about the situation as his professional and friendly manner set my mind at ease shortly after feeling foolish. He answered all of my questions and gave me valuable feedback. He also remembered to quote the two items that I had asked him about quickly as I dropped the car off. Furthermore he provided me with a few options to consider at this service as well as in the future. Chad's professional behavior made me feel like I had finally found a dealership that I could respect and not feel as though I was being taken advantage of. He also stood by as I paid my debt for the service while twp other very nice and professional ladles helped my to check out. I give him and those two ladies 5 stars out of four for the way they treated me after a long workday. Thank you!
