Chad has always provided great service in the past. I trust having my van serviced at the dealership, as can be seen by my service records. I don't know what happen today that I was not contacted about a couple items recommended. I have stopped about minor things and Chad has always assisted so I am sure he will explain it to me next week when he is back to work. Thanks for keeping my van safe to drive and in good mechanical working order.

Hi. I was hoping that you would of tell me what were the extra needs my vehicle had. Thank you for making it start and run again. However, I see it has 5 lights on showing in the dash board. I don’t know anything about those. I requested to be tested again and I had to leave. My husband stayed with the vehicle but apparently you could not do it at that time. I will also would like to add that I delivered my car on April 27th and it was ready on May 8th. How come no one mentioned to me that you could provide me a loaner? I hope that this is an honest mistake because I would hate to think that I was treated different than the rest of your customers. Thank you.
