AS a ex group manager of several service departments,my experience with your service department was very unfavorable. I purchased a new Tacoma and asked if they could move running board, bed cover, electric brake controller, and air bags from previous Tacoma to new one. They said they could and only hesitancy I seen was about air bags. I took the air bags off the table and requested that they return them to me. Work on new Tacoma started on April 10th. It is my understanding that they completed the bed cover and running boards on Monday. The person who started the work called in sick Tuesday Finally after contacting service department several times,I was informed on Friday that they could not do the brake controller. If it was my service team they would have been notifying the client daily and would have expressed concern regarding brake controller sooner then Friday. If I would have been informed sooner, I would have been able to make appointments somewhere else As it is now, I Can't get it done until the 26th. So now I will have to make a special trip back to Muscatine on the 26th. I have reservations at Lake Darling. I do have to give Kudos to one person my salesman Donovan he is only one that really kept me in the loop. Sorry about being so long but I had to blow some steam

…….having a personal experience with the SAME person each time is great!!!!!…..building up a level of trust in what he might suggest could be done to my car, also helps TOYOTA’S bottom line!!!!!….learned yesterday that Chad and I are both “lefties” (all the brilliant people in the world are lefties)!!!!!!!!!!!…….

The service writer left and my wife was sitting for who knows how long while the car was ready. Don’t know about you guys but our time is valuable. If our service was not included with our car purchase, we would probably not come back.
