Chad and his team always do an amazing job-very thorough and Chad is always very friendly and patient when explaining what was done! I drive 35 minutes because of the great service we get! Totally worth the time out of my day! Thanks!

You knew we were coming in to get mud flaps plus service if you can't use a bucket of water and a rag to wash the small affected area maybe you should have told us beforehand that we needed to wash the car before we brought it in

$140+ is pretty expensive for a simple diagnostic. I didn’t expect it to be free, but that seems excessive.

Chad was very kind to take care of my RAV when I did not have an appointment. He was pleasant, professional, and courteous. I DO trust Chad and Toyota with my vehicle needs. I will continue to shop at Toyota of Muscatine and will speak highly of their service department.
