I’m very happy with the outcome of the transmission tsb that was performed! I liked my car before but now I love it!! My appointment was at 315 and I got there at 3 and they got it right in and started the service! I’ll be a returning customer

I asked to have a taillight fixed that I knew was out and was told that part of the checklist that they would take care of it. I got a call that the truck service was complete earlier than expected, only to pick up my truck and the taillight was NOT fixed! The truck looked great and the rest of the service was completed as promised...just disappointed in this simple ask when I dropped my truck off for service!

Jacob was not the issue. Very polite and helpful. The gentleman that escorted us to check out, not so much. As a suggestion, you probably should not donate to auction baskets if redeeming them aggravate you. While presenting the card, the response I received was "well that was basically a wash". That is why I don't come to you. I don't trust you. I purchased my car through you and I will not bother coming back again. Do not contact me as I do not wish to speak to a representative.

It took 5 days to tell me they reset the error codes and to let them know if they come back. Dropped the car Sunday night. I followed up in person Monday morning. Received a text from Jacob Miller Tuesday at 11am stating “Don’t worry, I’ll let you know when your car is ready to come home. Text me if you have questions! Jacob Miller.” I replied at 6pm “status”. He replied at 5:15 Wednesday apologizing for the late reply and stating “will hopefully have more info for you tomorrow”. I heard nothing more. I stopped by three times to see if there was any progress and was told they were working on it which was BS because the car had never been moved from the parking lot. I’m not sure I would have my car back if I had not shown up at 3pm on a Friday afternoon to ask about the status. This all came at a price of $150. Seems excessive for a reboot without any definitive explanation why. Bottom line….not a happy customer.
