Chad is incredible. He put a long bearded billy goat in the back seat. When I went to ****’s for gas the goat got out and actually filled my gas tank. So talented. When I arrived at Huber I was stuck behind six other shoppers and my new best friend Goat rammed the other six people in line so I could go first. Wow that was really nice of my goat. Only problem is I can’t stop him from following me every where including my bathroom. Please ask Chad how to train him in the proper use of indoor plumbing. Thanks

Manager indicated he spoke to my husband about changing some fluids. My husband never spoke to him and made the appt with a female. I feel he mislead us as to our needing to change the cleaning fluids.

I don’t need a call. I already questioned why the price of windshield wiper blades was way more expensive than I had done once (out of necessity to get it done quickly) in IC. I thought, since I got my car in Muscatine, you wanted to keep my business by giving me comparable prices (if not a better deal) than other dealers. (I will also be looking up previous pricing for the filters that were changed.) You also should train your new people to mention what was listed that needs to be done soon to give a person the immediate heads-up … the only way I know what is recommended is because I went over the bill with a fine tooth comb when I got home (due to the very high windshield wiper replacement price). Some of us need to plan ahead for extra services that will be needed the next time we come in.
