When I got in my car, the white paper matt was still on the floor and ‘settings’ was on the middle read out. The young man who checked me out didn’t know how to make it go back to not having it there and the young man who serviced the car just seemed to push buttons until it changed- it seemed he didn’t really know what he was doing either.

This scheduled appointment went poorly. I entered the service area along with another customer. We stood there and waited to be helped while one person was sitting in the office across the area where you speak with the service writer. This guy seen customers standing waiting to be helped all the while the phone didn't stop ringing. This guy who's office we could look into sat there and decided to talk with two people that was not work related. Made no attempt to help the customers. This is how you easily lose customers! Not a good look for Toyota of Muscatine.

Waiting for great used low mileage Siena are you ever going g to get any? If not we will start looking somewhere else. But we would rather stick with you! Don't need nir want to pay for bells and whistles we don't care about. No all wheel, just similar to what we have, newer, less miles. Also why do they never check the spare? But we got caught in the country with a flat tire and a flat spare, about a year ago...not fun!

The work done on my truck was great, however there was a lot of confusion there when I arrived and when I picked up my truck. And no one called me when my truck was done. When I called to find out, there was confusion again about which vehicle I had. someone did call back and said the truck was ready but the paperwork wasn’t done. So we had to wait for that. And we were supposed to have a $500 credit on our account and that seemed to disappear somehow. The truck looked nice but I don’t think I’m coming back.

Everyone is always nice and polite and very friendly. The service is always quick. When we were ready to start looking to trade our last vehicle, our son in law recommended going to a Toyota. We fell in love with our CHR. The only complaint we have is the cruise control don't like how it works when you we come up behind someone, it's like it turns the car off and loose all power.
