I had made an appointment for the week before and was asked to reschedule. I rescheduled to 7/24. On 7/24, I was asked to reschedule again. Thankfully, by emphasizing this was the second reschedule in 2 weeks, they were able to get me in. Got there. Service was done. I received a text saying the car was ready. 7-10 minutes later. I had to ask the service desk person, if they had the paperwork as the tech did not show up to personally tell me the car was done and hand me off to the clerk. I was informed I needed to go back and talk to the device manager to find out he was still working on the paperwork. About another 5 minutes later, he showed up and released the paperwork to the clerk. Manager knew I was waiting for the car.

We have been watching for several years, yes years, no used sienna, without tons of bells and whistles. Why do others have them? We prefer to shop local, have for many years, still waiting and yes we have requested.

My car was in the body shop to get repainted as my paint is peeling and it was under recall. The shop submitted the claim incorrectly and the work was not done. My car was there for 2 and a half weeks and the problem was not solved.
