I just wanted to say that I was very surprised how unorganized the dept seemed I’m not saying I’m dissatisfied with the service done to my vehicle it seems fine and is only 5,000 miles in I just thought it was the customer service that was lacking. The woman who checked me in was all over the place and didn’t explain very well and I asked her if I could check to see if I could get my second key for my brand new vehicle and she said there’s no alerts so must not be ready I said how could I be waiting for a second key phob since august and she said I do not know but no one checked for me while I was there and I have written the sales man 2 times already about it and he says again still waiting g, that seems ridiculous to me. So that made me unhappy and when my car was done she said ok here’s your keys it’s right out front and I went out there and it was not there, there was a gray vehicle and mine is dark blue and I went back in and told her and she said it’s right out there like I was crazy and then she started pressing the key phob to find it and it was 2 rows over in the back and she goes there it is over there. I said ok thanks and she walked away. Not to mention when I did go back in to tell her I couldn’t find my car she was being reprimanded by another employee about something she did incorrectly and I was standing there uncomfortably and they did not stop arguing I was like oh my how unprofessional !!! So my first experience there besides purchasing my new 2023 rav 4 prime was not the best that’s for sure!!!!!
Everyone there was totally professional and went out of their way to make things as easy as possible being I just had knee and hip replacements. Thank you for what you all do.

The emblem on front of my car is now missing. I see it in the pre check in video but wasn't on car after I picked it up. Probably fell off on gaults car wash - that's my guess. Waiting to hear from Gault on this.
