It took almost 2 weeks to get. The appointment wait time was excessive. Repair communication was excellent.
Second time in past few months that the service I’ve received has been subpar when bringing my vehicle in for service. Yesterday I brought my vehicle for an oil change and when told my vehicle was ready and that it was outside the front door.. it wasn’t. I spent 15 minutes walking your lot to find my vehicle and couldn’t. Upon notifying the same rep (Amy Nichols) that my car was not out there, she did not know where it was. Was finally found sitting outside your car wash but was never washed as promised and I to remove your seat covers and other items from my car. Was delayed again in my day because Amy doesn’t seem to talk to the service team before engaging customers. I’ve had nothing but problems since she has been assigned as my service rep and would prefer someone different to deal with for any potential future visits.
Alicia was very positive, and as she worked on setting up the appointment, she was very professional and pleasant.
Not a big deal but I asked if I could get a tire stem cap on one of the tires. When I asked if they replaced it while paying the bill I was told they did but it wasn't. Again not a big deal--miscommunication maybe?
I had to top off the power steering fluid when I got home as the reservoir was nearly empty.
Appreciate Grant and the entire Gault Toyota staff. Always professional, friendly, and courteous.

The whole process to purchase tires was unacceptable and was made harder than it should have been. No one seemed to know the process to apply for the Toyota Credit Card as they gave me wrong information that took me to the rewards card that I wasn’t requesting. I spent hours trying to finalize the transaction and have to contact the Service Manager for assistance. With all the misinformation and how long it took I wasn’t offered any compensation for my time and frustration.
