I was very surprised by the price of an oil change. I got notified it was one price via text and then got there to pickup the vehicle and pay and it the price was higher. $100 for an oil change is ridiculous.
I was disappointed with the young woman asking if I’d like a car wash after my Toyota Care appointment—I said yes please—it’s so dirty (I live on a mountain)-She said absolutely.
She came to get me when it was done-I signed the paperwork stating what was done and went to the car to immediately notice it was not washed at all and the maintenance booklet was not signed/stamped. I went back in to tell her and have the booklet stamped. She assured me the car was washed…I told her it absolutely was not—maybe they sprinkled water on the top of
The car (it was wet and had sprinkled outside a little bit too)—another woman standing nearby said she was sorry to hear this and went to take a look at the car herself (the other lady did not even go to look—I really think she already knew it was not washed). The Second Lady didn’t even have to walk all the way outside to visibly notice my brand new car was quite dirty.
I didn’t have time to wait for a wash at that point…but it really made me
question whether or not the REST of the service on my brand new car went the way it was supposed to. I hate to say that, but it makes me question the honesty/integrity of who is servicing my car. I was disappointed and concerned about the dishonesty, in my opinion. My husband and I (even my son and daughter in law now)…we have been buying ALL of our vehicles from Gault for about 23 years—loyally, and yesterday was disappointing.
Efficient and informative. Amy continues the tradition of excellent customer service at Gault Toyota.

I absolutely love the flexibility of scheduling appointments for my car. Additionally, the shuttle service is wonderful and allows me to get my car serviced without having to coordinate and relay on others to help me get back and forth to work.
I never got an answer on why it took 2.5 hours to check an alarm and change the oil.
