There were 27 added miles to my odometer during this service visit. This is absolutely unacceptable! I leave my vehicle there to be serviced, not for it to be used by your staff for joyride, errand runs etc. In addition,I was called to be informed my vehicle was nearly ready for pickup and I would be called soon. I waited over 2 hours for a call and never received one. I called asking for status, and was given a run around. The combination of so many unexplained mileage and lack of communication makes me a very unhappy customer. I doubt I will continue using your service department in the future.

This would be the second time I have brought my car to your service team just to be aggravated with both outcomes. There needs to be more order, if I schedule an appointment for 12:15 and I show up 15 minutes early and get checked in, then I’m told it will be 30-45 minutes until my car will be ready. I was asked if I wanted a courtesy shuttle and I said no I was just gonna wait and walk around the showroom and the lot to see what was around for my next lease. So now an hour and 15 had passed no notification no calls nothing letting me know that the process was delayed or gonna take longer, so then I proceeded to go inside to see what the hold up was and to my knowledge my car wasn’t even touched never even made it inside, then I’m told it’s gonna take at least 45 minutes to be done because there’s a line, now that’s some serious **** 100%. Two times now I have brought my car to your service team @Gault Toyota because it’s supposed to be convenient for me and yet neither time was convenient and ended up wasting my time and patience, so I do apologize for my aggression but to me that’s seriously unacceptable and shouldn’t happen. And with that being said I am very dissatisfied in your service and honestly have even been questioning on coming back to renew my lease

Probably will not return to Gault or buy a Toyota in the future (I have owned 8 in my life). Instead of respecting brand locality, Toyota and dealers such as Gault do everything they can to get the most out of their customers in their time of need (vital repairs) instead of working together for solutions. They spend so much effort on items that don’t matter and you lose sight of what matters most, return customers and loyalty.

I was happy that Gault was able to remove the second-row seat from its stuck position on the track. But, I didn’t appreciate the lack of a more detailed explanation of WHY it was stuck and what was done to free it. I also question why the paperwork I was given when reclaiming my car said nothing about a stuck seat, but instead cited some fiction about a mat. Also, I thought a defective seat should have been repaired at Toyota’s expense Rather than mine.

Alicia is a pleasure to work with. And with the information coming to me via text I can look at that a couple minutes before she’s coming out to tell me the cars ready. Then if I have questions, I have a couple minutes before to possibly see one instead of later that day when I look at the paperwork. Of course my husband could have a question after he sees the paperwork after work. ???????????
