Grant was great to work with. The only thing was my appointment was at 1pm I didn’t leave there until after 3 pm. It just seemed like a long time for a tire rotation and to plug the tire that had a screw in it. Otherwise I was happy .

From the moment I walked into the service department, I felt “cared for” by the Gault team. A comfortable waiting room and friendly salesmen made the wait seem shorter than it could have been. Clean, comfortable waiting room was a plus along with getting a freshly washed vehicle once my vehicles work was completed.

While satisfied with my recent service experience, I am quite dissatisfied with Toyota making me wait 10 months for my second set of keys. I know that other Toyota buyers who purchased after we did, received two sets of keys with their vehicles. I think Toyota could have made more of an effort to fulfill the backlog of keys. Those of us that got caught in the chip shortage issue could have had keys much sooner than 10 months if that were given a higher priority. It seems like Toyota was more concerned with limiting the impact to those who were already impacted rather than spread the pain across a larger segment of their purchasers. This experience will factor into my future vehicle purchases and Toyota has definitely dropped in my opinion of their customer service. Did they even consider maybe offering something to offset the inconvenience that was caused to purchasers who had wait so long for a second set of keys?
