I brought my car in for an inspection. Was told it wouldn’t pass as there was a tear in my wiper, and they cannot inspect. You want $50 to slip on a pair of wiper blades before you will inspect my car. I have faithfully gone to Gault for my last two Toyotas for years. I won’t be coming back for maintenance and definitely not for an inspection. Also said I needed an air filter. I said okay. When I got the bill, no air filter was done. She said she didn’t think I wanted it, I guess after I complained about the wipers and not coming back. They also changed only the one blade. Again, why not ask me.

Was told tires I bought had a rebate and that tire company would pro rate the worn tires but then told not so after I left the car for new tires. Timing was questionable

The app indicated numerous items requesting my input therefore I needed to call. Called and no one had any idea what I was referring to. Called twice before I just gave up with the phone and then just drove there to talk face to face for better clarification. By the time I arrived I was informed my vehicle was ready. Now I had to drive back home and then get a ride back to the dealership.

My wife’s 2014 Lexus RX-350 would not start due to dead battery. Amy was able to perform service on an emergency basis within the same day of incident occurrence. There was also an issue with a slow leak in driver side/front tire that she was able to also resolve. I was very pleased that Amy was able to do the work and get the vehicle back us the same day.

Car was wasn’t done after mentioning it in the morning. I was told car wash is broken. It was missed for this 10K service as well as the 5K service I had shown a paint removal spot on the door & told to inspect roof for scratches but they weren’t taken care of I had mentioned frequent car play disconnect but nothing on the service notes indicate that it was looked at Check-in process was smooth
