For the second time, my appointment was not on the list of appointments that the service folks were given. He did find the appointment listed on my actual service record. Please fix your problem with appointments not getting listed on the printout for the day. It's frustrating

I have been a customer of Gault Toyota for many years. There’s no other dealership I feel as confident or comfortable using for service. The level of customer care from greeters to coordinators to techs is superior. The staff is professional, extremely thorough and very friendly and respectful. I am also impressed with Gault’s on-going upgrades in Customer communication. The new technology using to show the camera shot of vehicle undercarriage- and automated check-in is impressive. More importantly, the service coordinator went through the details of the findings in my 5k checkup very thoroughly I will continue to be a loyal Gault Toyota customer for both sales and service!
The one problem I had was related to an error in your system regarding my phone number. It’s ****-****-xxxx.
My truck was in service for just over two weeks. I needed a loaner for just one weekend. Toyota pays up to $250 which did not cover the whole rental bill. Grant said he’d put it in as a god will. Grant is awesome. But why make it so difficult on your customers?
The tire pressure was low after they worked on the car and I had to add air to the tires
They usually wash the car quick but didn’t this time
