App was at 12:15 , my car wasn't even touched at 2:00, glad I didn't sit and wait, I am 78 years old. Finally got it at 2:30, after I went in and complained.

The charge of$44 for a dollar Tiny are filter was another outrageous rip off. How much of this profit goes to the workers vs the obscene pay off to management..jack gilroy

I wrote up my complaints and then it did not let me send it. I did not get the team I asked for and this person could not explain about my tires needing replacement so soon just that they were having a sale and I should check into that . i also didn’t get my car washed. Don’t you do that anymore?

Alecia and Amy are excellent to work with. The mechanic did a great job. I will buy my next vehicle from Gault Toyota strictly because of the good service. Ask Nick; “How Ya Doin’?” Italian accent implied.
