Jessica was GREAT! I said to her I never get the same person it’s always someone new. Typically they have no personality. This time Jessica was great. When I came back at Lunch to pickup. She greeted me. That was a first time. Usually no one will look up. As far as the service to my car. Was not washed and my seats were all down. What happened to the mint and thank you in the front seat. Try and remember how important customer service with a smile is.

There was a miscommunication with the scheduling of my appointment but the service team and Blaine did an awesome job fitting my vehicle in and getting the work done. Very appreciative of the entire team!
Scheduled appointment for 7:00am, was told car would be ready by 8:01am. Ended up my car wasn’t taken in until 7:35 and wasn’t finished until 8:30am. May not seem like a big deal but set my entire day behind. No service person informed me that your service team was running behind or that my appointment was pushed back by 35mins. It would have been both the professional thing to do and the polite thing to do as I could have at least cancelled the appointment and rescheduled it. Will definitely think twice before ever coming back to Gault for either service or for newer vehicle.
Grant on Friday was extremely kind and reassuring prior to repair. However, AC is broke again. It worked for 1 day and broke, again. I’m very disappointed as I was unable to get a diagnosis of the problem quickly the first time, and took 4 weeks to actually get it fixed. I have a young child and dog we travel with, I need my AC.

Truck was not washed.
I asked for a quote on replacement of a part and only got the cost of the part not part and labor.
I expected an oil change and oil filter every 5000 miles or 6 months whichever cones first. I didn't know toyotacare only changes the oil at 10000 miles only. I would have liked to know about what exactly was covered at each service and given the opportunity to add the oil and filter change at the beginning of service.
ALWAYS pleased with Nick and everyone else when servicing our vehicles.
