Grant is fantastic. I have no complaints with Gault or its service department. But the Fox shock / spring on my 2019 4Runner TRD Pro should not fracture under normal conditions with less than 70,000 miles. I do not drive off road, etc. the springs themselves (even the ones that did not fracture) show an unusual amount of oxidation - in my opinion. For a vehicle that is marketed by Toyota as having significant off road capabilities, the failure of this part (the spring fractured near its base) and the deterioration of the remaining springs, is very disappointing.

All went well - did miss the sheet you used to provide with green yellow red boxes on condition of tires, fluids etc - sort of gave me a peace of mind to see mostly green for my ‘special’ car!

Amy was very attentive and also spent one on one time talking to me about my car, after it was serviced and inspected. She did not push me towards having things done to my car that I was not comfortable getting done right at this time. She agreed that I have taken very good care of my car. Thank you to Amy and the staff at Toyota service dept. I have always been treated well.. and they have always made me feel important. Thank you, Amy, for a job well done! Hard to find people like you in this day and age!

Dropped truck off at 8:30 Monday August 28th. Grant Briggs? “ check & order parts, start working on truck Tuesday” Gault called Wednesday @ 1:00p, sent shuttle to pick me up only to find out the tuck was not service yet. (Still in lot). Wasting my time , shuttled home. I called Thursday @ 5:00p truck was inside the shop?? Call Friday truck is done. I do not like to be jerked around and lied to. If Grant was honest and told the truth, I would be okay with that….
