Service advisor was great. Tech needs to clean up after himself truck came in fully detailed and left dirty because of footprints handprints and brown dirt all over the driver door floor mat and driver's seat. I'll explain it to him on my next service if you don't. .

I’m very satisfied with the service I receive, Tammy is a very friendly person, and always has a smile, I love having her assist me there at Toyota. She helps me get in and out at a reasonable time, she goes out of her way to help me in other little things, like attaching my registration sticker to the windshield.

1. Vehicle’s driver side mirror which was replaced still vibrates.
2. I was asked if I would like the vehicle washed. I said yes. I went to drive it home at the completion of service. It was still dirty. I went back inside and asked if it was washed. They said no. Offered to wash it then and there. I drove it back in and it was washed.
3. Called service department to make them aware the mirror still vibrates. I was forwarded to Grant’s voicemail and left a voicemail. I’m awaiting a call back.
