I left my car around 8:30am and agreed on which services I asked. There are only three services I asked, which were oil change, coolant change and tire balancing. The lady called me around 1:40pm to say the car still needed to stay there. I was very upset because I needed my car for an appointment at 2:30pm. I was about to miss it due to the slow service that did not fulfill my request. I am disappointed and not sure if they completed the coolant change.

My wife and 4 month old daughter were there over 3 hours waiting for our Tundra to get an oil change. When I scheduled the appointment I was asked if we would be dropping it off and returning or waiting there for it to get done. I opted into the “wait for it” option thinking it would take an hour or so. However it took them just over 2 hours to get it done before notifying her that it was ready. And while I do appreciate the service team offering to take care of the inspection as well which I had not planned to get done at the time, it then took an additional 45 minutes before my wife could leave. While I understand that not everything goes to plan I thought that since it was made clear that my wife was going to stay and wait that by doing so it would’ve taken some sort of priority
