Grant is goes above and beyond in being helpful. For example, in the past I was told by service dept that to fix my trunk opener inside my car would require taking apart electrical system. Grant checked and simply attached a wire that had come loose inside my trunk!! Another time, my glove compartment handle broke off. Grant showed me how to use a screwdriver to open it so I could get at my paperwork. He’s also always pleasant about checking my tires when the tire light comes on.
Your key word in the survey was "completely". I wish it had other options than Yes or No.
Nick and his team have been trying everything they can think of to solve the issue my car is having. I totally appreciate that and them still trying.

While waiting for my car, I walked around the showroom to stretch my legs and I noticed my car sitting in the lot with snow on it. I had not been told that it was done. The service technician excuse was that he was busy.
I was disappointed that after someone moved my right mirror they didn’t put it back where it belongs. After leaving I had to return to get my mirror readjusted.
