I’m very dissatisfied-I have a slow leak in my driver side front tire. when I see it is low I put some air in it-it holds up for several more weeks before I need to put air in it again. When I came in yesterday to get my oil change I knew my tire was low but I figure you guys do the full check up of the vehicle and would replace the air. I looked at the vehicle inspection report and it stayed at 35 psi. I asked the woman ringing me out does that mean that it came in with 35 psi or that it’s currently at 35 psi she said they filled the tires to the specs so it should be at 35. I paid her and went out to the parking lot to my vehicle and the tire was still grossly low on air. I brought the car in and filled it myself the tech came over and said there must be a nail in it-The tire pressure has held overnight and all day today. The tech did not put air in it. The only reason I paid a more expensive rate to have my oil changed is because I trusted that you were doing the full body check which gave me a sense of security that I didn’t need to check my fluids and everything anymore I would just bring it to you and you would do that. But now the trust is broken because if you write one thing out a form but don’t actually do it how do I know that you’re doing anything that I’ve asked you to do? How do I know that you even change the oil yesterday? I don’t I have to trust you and now I know that that’s not a wise choice. This is very disappointing to me because my first few times there I felt really good and was happy that I could trust your shop-so the disappointment is worse than the normal disappointment of going into any establishment and people not caring about their job

My only complaint is the technician removed my tire rotation and tire balance mileage reminder from the windshield when he put the Gault sticker on. the sticker contained the mileage due date from BJ’s

I stopped by to see if they could take me without an appointment I was very happy that Tammy was able to get me in. I also didn’t have to wait too long. I was very satisfied with all that was done. I enjoy having my car service here. ????

First time I’ve been to Gault, and I was very pleased and impressed by your staff. It started out as a horrible day with my son’s help, then Triple A and the Joe’s Garage then to Gault. I love my car, and I am so glad you can keep it running for me!!! Thank you so much!

I came for oil change and tire installment. However, it took 7.5 hours to get my car back. When I got my car, three of the tires were installed reverse even though there is an indicator on the tire that says ‘inside’ and ‘outside’. I realized it within 30 mins and tried to reach the service department. The lady that picks up the calls told me that reach Tammy instead of offering me a help. I was disappointed because of this attitude. My last two service experiences were terrible.

Nick did a great job. The environment at Gault was welcoming and professional. The only issue I had was that I had two repairs estimated at one hour each and arrived at 11:00 to find the shop closed at noon for lunch. My schedule was flexible, but I told the scheduler I would be waiting for my car. I should have been scheduled earlier or later or on another day.
