I only ever service my vehicle at this dealership. As such any damage done to the vehicle would’ve been done by techs. I brought my vehicle in for some warranty work today and your staff told me the vehicle had been tampered with by someone not of the Ford dealership. That is an impossibility as you’re the only dealership I go to And I bought the vehicle new. Your techs refused to honor the warranty work. They did at least stop short of outright calling me a liar, so that is something. Needless to say today was a very disturbing day at your dealership. And I’m not so sure that someone back there isn’t making things up so they won’t have to do the work under warranty. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Computers to check why check engine light is on were not working. Will have to go back yet once again. The service representative was very apologetic, but very displeased with Ford now. This will be my last Ford.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had while getting my car serviced. The atmosphere and workers were positive and upbeat. The waiting area was quiet, bright, and comfortable. The coffee was definitely amy favorite added bonus!

I was told I am to blame for a vehicle defect in my drivers side door seal. If it breaks so easily, it needs a better system. They did offer a fix but it’s temporary.
Also: my check tire inflation sensors went off within 50 miles of the shop. This has happened multiple times . It does not seem like the techs are checking my tire pressure.

The car wasn’t reset so it still says to get a 10,000 mile inspection ?
How do we reset it. We purchased the car from you and the package from you You should have on your file what pacage we purchased. Don’t ask my wife if she has coverage. When you tell us we need to come in for a 10,000 mile inspection you need to tell us if that is included in our package or not included. It’s simple basic good customer service. Those aren’t terrible things but it doesn’t put you at the top of customer care ????

They lost the part for my car. I had the apt sch for almost a month waiting to get in. And when O got there for my apt I sat there for 40 mins before they came and said they didnt have the part there anymore that they delivered it to my house which they did not do. Soooooo extremly mad about the whole thing.
