Cooper is the best service advisor I’ve worked with in years. He saved me, literally. I was trying to leave ahead of the Hurricane impact and had truck issues and he made a space for me and got my truck fixed just in time. I was considering buying a new truck soon and Ford was not necessarily on my list. I may have to look again because of Cooper.

Jacky has handled a few difficult problems with our car in the last 5 or so years and he has always been thorough in his evaluation and keeping us informed about the progress and diagnosis of the problem. He is very patient and calm and explains things in a way we can understand. This time was the same. Due to this time falling over a holiday and some staff being ill I became a little frustrated when I wasn’t kept informed about my cars status but Jacky was his usual thorough and attentive technician self once my car’s turn came around and was worked on.
