BettyJo has a very professional way of dealing with customers. She worked me in even though I did not have an appointmen. I am very satisfied with the way She treated me.
This was a re-do of service that did not solve the problem the first time. But Darlings did not charge me for labor so I am satisfied that they did the best they could.

The only thing was when I left I wasn't given a copy of the estimate for repairs to my car, like I was told would happen. Other than that, an overall good experience.

When I scheduled service I told scheduler I had avibration on hiway that felt like a tire balance issue. I asked to get tires balanced when they were being rotated.
When I arrived I was told that there would not be time to balance today. Now I have to coordinate another service appointment to do something that should have been done as I originally scheduled.

Warranty repair on mirror motor. Conner can out and told me that the technician could not duplicate. I went to my 2022 F250 and duplicated the problem for Conner. He told me the computers were down and the problem could not be fixed. Conner told me that Darlings would fix it next time! I was not offered a return appointment, basically shown the door!

Lack of communication. I brought the car in on Wednesday got a call right off. Fantastic. They had my work number but proceeded to call my wife who knew nothing. I had to get a hold of Andrea who was fantastic to have someone call me. Got the call the next morning. It's almost like the whole conversation about warranty issues was forgot because she started telling me pricing. I reminded of the warranty. 7 hours later I get a call car won't be done till Friday but everything was covered. Great. Never heard another thing. Called 3 times Friday was on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally had to send a message for someone to call me to tell me my car was done Friday at 345. I dropped off Tuesday. Anyway. Netty jo was very nice and apologized a lot. Sadly would have to apologize if you just kept me informed. Normally I don't complain as I am in service and have had bad days..still upset my muffler wasn't covered under warranty pretty sure exhaust was said a long with bearings and everything when but brakes and oil changes. fiance guy sold me on extra warranty...but I'm going to weld it and move on. Now that warranty is done I will probably not be back. Probably won't by a ford next time.
