Everyone in the service and sales department are very friendly. I enjoy the fact that they let me know exactly what they find, if anything, is wrong. I am very satisfied.
Cooper has always gone above and beyond for the service of my company car. Many times he has squeezed me when something has gone wrong with the car. It’s too bad every company doesn’t have a Cooper representative!
I'm being charged for 2 hours of labor and he said and I quote "I didn't get a really good look at it" when I asked if he was sure about what he said was wrong with it. He also said that their was no code for the problem which I Highly doubt that. Can't wait to pay 350 dollars just for a inspection.

sales and service staff across the board have over promised and under delivered. Along the way they did not communicate effectively and did not deliver as promised on a 7 truck commercial order.

U guys did absolutely nothing for me from Bangor ford to Ellsworth. I was talked into buying a warranty package that did me nothing. I physically did all the work for u guys by going to an actual mechanic who was you guys lead mechanic in Ellsworth who printed out what was wrong with my truck and how to fix the problem and stated that this has been an ongoing problem with my truck and other models of ford vehicles.this was my 3rd vehicle that my wife and I purchased with u guys because the first 2 purchases weren’t that bad but this last time has been an absolute nightmare and with that being said it will also be the last vehicle we will ever purchase from your establishment and I will continue to tell everyone I know what a nightmare this has been and to expect nothing but lie’s from u guys. I guess that’s just how you guys do business now
