How do I begin? Your service team made my daughter walk to work for MONTHS while your service team screwed up her case. I will remember this as your service failure. Then when I apparently bought a lemon of a used Expedition, you didn't support us for the engine replacement it required. Now I am on the hook for 1/2 of my daughter's bill that I promised her, plus 15,000 for the new engine replacement, plus the 46,000 for the new f150 we ordered!!
I didn't appreciate the 5 hour wait, however. I had an appointment. No one ever checked in with me about the delay...a little communication would have been nice . They said two to three hours but it became five.
They were great maybe a car wash lol
Jacky was very good at walking me through exactly the work that would be done, identified what work was a priority versus what wasn’t, and the costs. He was friendly, professional and transparent. Very much appreciated.

I can't thank Ryan...and the service team...enough for working my vehicle in to their already overly busy schedule. Got my vehicle back the very next morning...they made the special effort to get it in and onto the computer and found it was just the battery so it was a quick fix. Since we are here on vacation, they really stepped up to the plate and came thru with flying colors for us. Couldn't be more pleased
The job was not done correctly, causing me to have the truck towed back (from Charleston) to Darlings. This added another day, and $25 in gas to the effort. Not really a bit deal, as I didn't pay for most of the job, and I had one of your loaner vehicles, but it was my time and effort used to correct your mistake.

Jacky has been delightful each time I've needed to bring my car in. I very much enjoy working with him as he is kind and calm and makes me feel at ease.
We were disappointed that the transmission fluid was not checked at this visit as I had requested when I made the appointment. The request stemmed from having a full maintenance service in February which included draining and replacing differential fluid. Since then we have noticed some gear noise which we thought would indicate improper fluid level.
This brought up another concern. If checking transmission fluid level is not part of the "Works Maintenance Service" or the "Multipoint Inspection" that we received yesterday for this vehicle - has my transmission fluid level ever been checked before February? This is concerning because the Owner's Manual recommends checking transmission fluid levels every six months.
If possible, we would appreciate having a detailed list of what the "Works Maintenance Service" and the "Multipoint Inspection" includes.
