They do a great job. I am handicapped and they always help with my walker and put down the ramp for me to get inside the lounge. A great bunch of people work there.

Oil change but did not fill to full level. At least 1/2 quart short.

Cooper did a good job, no complaints with the communication he facilitated. Your service of my vehicle had some challenges along the way and it took longer than planned. I was offered a loaner that declined and I'm not complaining about the delay. After signing the paperwork and receiving my car I was surprised after how much I was apologized to and appreciated for not being upset with the delay that it hadn't been washed or vacuumed. It's not that I expected it to be done but I thought it was a missed opportunity. What I was disappointed with was the fingerprints all over all my door windows that were clearly from the service performed. That was unexpected and I thought worth mentioning here.

But I am hoping that they have figured it out.
I feel that Ford is putting too much technology in one little package.
As great as it sounds to have everything at our fingertips, I feel there is too much to look at and adjust while trying to drive safely down the road without killing my self or someone else.
Many states are hands free, but many of the manufacturers are making it unsafe. This is my personal observation, but I am not of the computer generation.
Communication is important. I have found that William has been very helpful and offers us as much information as possible.
