Excellent service as always from Jeff and his team! I arrived at my appointment in need of an oil change when I had only mistakenly scheduled a tire rotation and Jeff ensured it would be no problem. They got the job done quickly and efficiently as they always do. Thanks Jeff!

Customer service was outstanding from the minute we entered the facility and drove away. Jeff is an asset to Darling’s customer service team. The initial service has required a return for material defects overlooked during the first visit; I’m not sure who should be held accountable (mechanic / tech or service rep), but, so far, the experience has been inefficient, inconvenient, very expensive and, frankly, slow. This is a marked contrast from my prior visit for the reprogramming of a key fob. Jacob has done his best to make things right and I am hopeful that this episode will conclude with a favorable review and properly repaired vehicle.

Steering wheel. nearly fell off before I got home!Had to use my AAA to tow truck back to Darling's. Missed the annual home coming activities in my home town. Several trips to Bangor.was told cause was a faulty bolt and that may be but I think the mechanic failed to torque it.

I brought my truck in for an issue they never even looked at the issue just gave excuses. I have no issues with darlings parts and sales department but the service department is definitely not good.
