Jeff was Excellent,he's the best. I've had Jeff's help before, I'd like to be able to have him every time. He was on top of every detail of my service.He already knew that I purchased my tires at Darling's and therefore get free tire rotation.The other people I've dealt with always charge me and I have to tell them about it and then they take the charge off my bill.Jeff knows his stuff and knows what he's doing. It makes it much easier to trust them with my vehicle.

Jacky is THE man, seriously. Made what could have been a nightmare (bought a used Audi that came to me with 99 problems and a very short warranty) feel manageable. I felt throughout the multi phase repair process that I was not alone and it was obvious with Jacky that I was also not in danger of being taken advantage of. Can’t believe my luck to have found him and Darling’s Audi in Bangor of all places…and can’t wait till I can buy/upgrade through Darling’s in a year or 3. Thanks!

I am always amazed of the great care I receive at Darlings. Eric Gower was very helpful and explained to me what I could expect for wait time and he was spot on. William O’Rourke took time out from other duties to make sure I was all set and gave me my paperwork. I never thought I would be so well taken care of at a large dealership. It’s been great
It was not Cooper's fault that my truck was not looked at for 12 days after it was towed there. I understand about the lack of Ford technicians. But five days later the same problem occurred and it was towed bak to Darling's Ford again. My scheduled service appointment is August 25th and I do not have the money for a rental car. I hope this can be resolved in a short time.
The left turn signal still operates as if there’s a problem: it blinks much more quickly than the right. A family member told me a couple weeks ago that I had a brake light out but I can’t validate that(I couldn’t see it). I’m disappointed to be told that everything is ok when the problem still exists. Also, my tires seem to make much more road noise than they did prior to having Darlings rotate the tires, and the tire pressures are 6-8 psi different front to back. Don’t know if this is supposed to be the case, it’s just an observation as I wonder why it’s so much louder now.
The only thing that I could add would be if all of your coordinators had the interest of their clients in mind. As much as Jackie does, it would be hard to find any competitors. He is a great asset.
Excellent service, very courteous
I am just disappointed in the waiting room area. I have been to many dealerships all over the world, and majority of them have a room for children. I have to drive 3 hours to get to the dealership and that is hard enough. I do not want my service representative to call me.
Good communication pre and post service, and the car wash was a nice surprise!
I had an excellent service experience with Jakob, he was very helpful and I could not be more satisfied .
