Scheduling was effortless and efficient. I had quite a bit of work done and I'm very satisfied. Darcy personally spoke with me and kept me fully informed about what work was needed and the approximate cost of that work. In the end her estimate was spot on.
Vehicle was not vacuumed after service. Interior air filter changed and debris that fell out was not vacuumed up and left on passenger mat. Oil dirt stain on carpet in driver side foot box.
The entire staff was very friendly, Jeffrey was attempted to all my needs and did a wonderful job.
I’ll let y’all know in a couple of days to see how thing s lat.

$225 charge for 2 quarts of transmission fluid on a 2017 Ford escape that was brought in for a recall. I requested for the transmission fluid to be checked, I was quotes $100 when the associate called me and charged $225 when I got there. It said estimated cost was $150 on the receipt. And now there is a transmission message that come up on the dash DARLINGS IS SHADY AMD A **** BUSINESS...THATS MY OPINION AS YOU REQUESTED!!! I've been telling everyone of my wonderful experience with Darlings<--'SARCASM
