William was friendly and straight forward. My vehicle was done within the scheduled amount of time expected. He also was able to get me a loaner for the day since my appointment was going to take 6 hours.

I was totally happy with the way I was treated when I brought my Bronco in for service & replacing a piece of trim on dash! It was done in a timely manner and very well! I felt well cared for as well as my vehicle….
Jacob and the team exceeded my expectations. There was an issue with the rental car because of the service took so long, but it was quickly resolved. Also, Jacob went above and beyond to plug-in my iD 4 after the service while I grabbed a few items from a nearby store.

I was supposed to receive further info a week and a half ago, but am still waiting. Plus one of the issues the car went in for wasn't handled because of the time spent on the differential
