Excellent work and assistance with my repair. Very grateful to Jeff Jones and Darling's Team for all of the help and support with my F250. Jeff Jones helped to establish that the repair was covered under my long term warranty. He also performed admirably with helping to identify the best date/time for the repair work to occur. There was a time when the folks at Darling’s treated each customer as the ONLY customer. The store is struggling with that focus now, though I would say that Jacky is making an effort to reflect that relationship and I was less of a number on my last service visit.
