The new service rep was excellent.
My previous experience with Thomas was very unsatisfactory. He basically lied outright about what had been done to my 535ix.
We have had wind noise issues with a new vehicle since a year and have not been able to resolve the issue. Gault brought in the vehicle several times under warranty but unfortunately the wind noise remains. I understand that this is a difficult issue to troubleshoot but with a premium car this should not be an issue. We are very satisfied with the car and the service at Gault otherwise and we hope we can get this resolved soon.

Vehicle ready on time and excellent communication
We made arrangements twice for Sunday pick up, both when I made the appointment and when my daughter dropped the car off on Thursday. You put the car in a locked lot. My 21 year old daughter is now cold and distressed and we cannot get a hold of anybody. Your web chat bot was uncaring and only told me he worked in "another building" as part of online support after wishing me "Nice day." My wife is now on her way to Endicott after our 5 hour drive from London, ON to pick our daughter up rather than pay $100 for a Lyft back to Corning. Considering the inconvenience and distress caused, we fully expect our car to be delivered to Corning first thing Monday.
