Bob is always very helpful, informative and responsive. I definitely trust him with managing the service of my vehicle. Always friendly and always takes extra time to be sure things are done well.
I brought my vehicle in at 10am this morning 10/31. I got a text message at 10:15am saying it was checked in. I didn’t receive my car until 5pm. I waited over 7 hours with no car at my job. He also did not know what my car needed. I called over a month ago to make an appointment for breaks and an inspection. He stated it was just an inspection and that they would check the breaks. The breaks already had to be done. I then received a message asking if I wanted to get the breaks done when I stated I knew I messed them done already. The first time I was there was a great experience. This time around I am not very happy, not even an apology just “I understand how that can be frustrating”. 10am appointment time, and wasn’t it even looked at until 2:15pm and not done till 5pm. 7 hours with no vehicle and not even a phone call to let me know it would be 7 hours. Ridiculous and I am unhappy

The smell didn’t go away from the car and the mouse was not found. The parts were not completely changed.
We have been working with Robert since 2013 when I brought my first BMW. He is knowledgeable and treats us with respect & consistently thru the years. Nice to come in and he knows your face/name.

Thomas never called me to advise me my car would not be ready at noon as requested nor did he initiate any updates until I called him at 4:00 to ask the status. He did not text either. He did not contact the vendor about my cracked rim as I had asked when I dropped the car off at 8 am so that part of the job was not addressed. And although the result of the cracked rim was loss of air in the tire, the tire not filled until I came back and requested it just prior to closing. Thimas never gave me any quotes for work that was needed as a result of the diagnostics until I picked up the car at 5pm so none of that work could be done. It was a waste of a day. I would request to deal with Bob in the future as he has always done a great job. I also would appreciate a phone call to discuss this as I am contemplating purchasing a new vehicle but won’t do so at Gault unless I can be assured of better service than I received today. I was not told why my key fob is still not working. That was one of initial problems with the car. Did I need a new one?
Bob Shea has always been friendly and professional. He is a pleasure to work with.
