To my understanding my vehicle was going to be washed, detailed to remove water stains before putting on the protectant layer. Unfortunately my car had visible water marks that could have taken of my a simply wipe. The inside was also detailed but my leather seats had stains from not wiping off the lubricant they used. This was not Jason’s fault, but more the detail person.
