I was there at 11 am for an oil change. I asked the guy who helped me (Arcee) if they can check my car because sometimes it didn't want to start he said that could be the battery. I told him the battery was not the problem because I went to Autozone and they checked the battery and it was 87%. So, Arcee said to check if the car has a problem was gonna take all day. I said no because I did not have time. I told him just do the oil change. He said the oil change will take max 1 hour and a half. I said that's fine. Now you tell me why it took 3 HOURS to do an oil change to my car?? I went back 2 hours later to see if my car was ready. Nobody was there to help me. I asked another guy if he can call Arcee, and what he did was he went inside and sit down. I went inside and asked him again. Do you know where Arcee is? He said "I haven't seen him let me look for him" He found Arcee. Arcee came to me and said, "Your car is almost ready". I said but you told me it will be ready MAX in 1 hour and a half and he responded no I said it was gonna be ready at 2. That's a lie if he would tell me it will be ready at 2 I would ask why so long but he did not say that. He clearly said MAX 1 hour and a half. But I didn't want to argue about that so I just asked how much longer. He said 25 minutes. I get out of there at 2 pm. 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. It was not busy. They did not have that many cars. Honestly, I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was too much. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS MY LAST TIME TAKING MY CAR TO THIS DEALER.

Very friendly and loved the way I was taken care of today.
I loved working with Jason! There was an issue about ordering the wrong part so I had to go in another day and that took about several weeks and once I went back he took care of my car and got it done really fast. I appreciate that he was able to be empathetic.
