Edward my advisor was really helpful. I'm a new Honda owner and not familiar with my maintenance coverage. He help by explaining what was going on presently and what to expect in the future. He was able to secure a ride home and back to the dealership. Really nice guy and helped me get over my scepticism of dealing with a car dealership.
