Viviana provided me with excellent customer service throughout the time my car had been in service with Honda HB. She was completely transparent with the progress of the service, even when she had to communicate the news on the delay in my pickup day due to the damage from the installation of the latch. She was also very empathetic about my news when the car loaner got towed at my apartment complex and was with me throughout that process. She delivered the good news that I could pick up my car today. She has been professional and courteous. I’m very satisfied with her service. Thank you, Viviana.
