Tire pressure light was on. All 4 tires were low on air. Drivers window was left open overnight on the uncovererd lot. Prices for the repair were not affordable.

The person helping me was great. No complaints about him. I was not informed over the phone when making my appointment that I should empty my trunk, so I had to borrow a car to come do that in the middle of the service. I also mentioned over the phone and in person that my car had been lagging from time-to-time when I need to hit the gas and that it sometimes has issues shifting gears when I'm driving on the freeway. I mentioned both issues in-person and over the phone, but my issues were not addressed. I did explain that I don't want to pay for fixes for this, but I did want it noted, as I checked online when these issues kept happening and found out that these are known issues. I've received a few pieces of mail from 'lemon law' lawyers to address the issues, but I'm hoping Honda will address them without me having to reach out to lawyers.

Grateful my care is was fixed I had to leave it as they didn’t have the part so I was without my car for one day. But they washed it, which made the fact I had no car for an evening not so bad. Happy with the service for sure.

Benito is a very nice and honest guy, I have him for advisor every time I could since 1998 when I still have my Accord, I even drive 2 hours away to have my vehicle serviced here, that's how much I trust this dealership when I can choose a local dealership here in the High Desert area - Thank you Benito for the wonderful service I received today.
