Clayton was a pleasure to work with, but I had a couple of complaints. I received emails stating I was OVERDUE for service. I called for an appointment and the recoded message said to have my current mileage and VIN number handy. Neither of those was asked about. And hour and a half later I learned that the service was not required due to low mileage. A recall issue I was unaware of was checked and the car otherwise was fine. The whole appointment could have been delayed if the mileage data had been reviewed. The next day I received a postal mail card again telling me I was ‘overdue’. Sloppy!
Kevin was extremely informative and prompt during my service! He gave me advice specific to my car and its condition, while making sure everything went according to plan. On top of that, I had forgotten my water bottle and he called me immediately to retrieve it and kept it safe in the meantime. Thanks Kevin!

John is so nice and friendly for service about my car issue questions.
However, John can give me any option , such as coupon or any discount to apply next service.
Since the cost total $334.83 is kind of expensive to do only maintain oil and front low and fog light bulb.
Mostly, when maintenance oii change include brake inspection, but Honda service charge me $49.95. It’s so expensive to do but I have to pay.
According to Catherine had a conversation with me last time , I thought that I will get good deal when I came back Honda norm second time because I was so disappointed for customer service for the first time .
