I had an excellent experience at Honda Reeves Huntington Beach, primarily due to the assistance provided by Ivette. Her expertise and professional advice were instrumental throughout the process. Ivette proactively reminded me about a recall notice, ensuring my vehicle met safety standards. After the service, she followed up regarding an overpricing issue related to one of the services. Ivette's prompt action in addressing the concern and adjusting the charge highlighted her commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, the service I received was exemplary, largely thanks to Ivette's attentive and knowledgeable approach. I would recommend Honda Reeves Huntington Beach based on this positive experience.

I purchased my vehicle from your dealership and as long as I’ve lived in Southern California, I’ve always driven to you guys to get my service done. Normally, I work with Clayton and he is awesome! Apparently he was off today when I had an appointment with him, and so I got someone else who filled in. I was surprised to see that the price had gone up significantly on oil changes. $70 for an oil change is extremely expensive. I drive from La Habra to have my car serviced there, and I could have had my oil changed up here for $50-$60 at a Honda dealer, or a third party. my advisor and I just did not click. She was questioning why I wanted to change my oil because my oil life percentage was not at 0%. I’ve always changed my oil around 5000 miles and after I told her I just wanted an oil change, I felt like I had to haggle with her just to tell her that I want my oil changed and I understand what my oil life is at. Then once my car was in the bay, there were four guys standing around talking, and it took them about a hour to change my oil, because everytime they did anything, from putting the car on the lift to adding the oil, they would stop and talk and not do anything. It’s frustrating from a customer standpoint, watching four guys stand around and talk while there are no other cars in the express bays except mine, and take their sweet time to provide the service. I was a service advisor for 2 years in the past, and I understand the business well. When I worked in the business, I provided my customers an extremely positive experience, and this was my first extremely negative experience at this dealership. Not only was I paying more for an oil change than at other Honda dealerships closer to me, and drove almost an hour to get to you guys, but it seemed like no one really cared about providing a positive experience and it was a hassle to get what I came there for accomplished. I just feel extremely disappointed after my experience today, because I know if Clayton were my advisor he would have been on-top of things. It’s really going to make me think about driving about an hour down there, to pay more for a service, and if I do, I’m going to make sure Clayton is working because he’s always done an exceptional job.

It is only normal to feel let down when my brand new 2025 Honda Civic Sport at a mere 3K miles keeps having the same problems + issues due to Mfg Quality Control BUT I must say Norm Reeves Services team of Service Director Catherine Schlueter, Yvette Rodriguez and service tech John had gone above and beyond in trying to diagnose, fix and resolve the lingering problematic issues of this vehicle and that can be very reassuring to a customer standpoint. I’m due to return in about 10 days to have a new part installed and let’s hope the problems would be gone afterward? An A+ rating to Norm Reeves services team assigned to my car for being hard at work to try to fix + resolve the mechanical problems.
