Edward was great at discussing with me the service items that were needed for my Passport. He answered all of the questions that I had. I also had a follow up question when I arrived home. The service department transferred me to him and again he was able to provide me with an answer to the question I had. Great people at your dealership. Greatly appreciated!

I brought my Honda Pilot in for the fuel pump recall & no one had informed me upon making my appointment via phone call that the back seat would be taken out. I had a ton of things back there and so when I was given my car back I was extremely disappointed to see all my stuff moved around and re-arranged. Even a couple items from my glove compartment were on the floor in front of the passenger seat. This is a huge deal to mention to a customer in case they have things they don’t want tampered with so they can remove the items themself. I just felt my things were violated and I didn’t appreciate that one bit. This makes me not want to return.

Actually Edward was the only positive experience I've had lately w Honda. He was very friendly, efficient and professional.as for the service and salesman in your co i give a 0 on a scale of 10. I'm guessing you know what that means.
