I'm really disappointed with the service I received. After my car was worked on, it smelled strongly of gasoline, and when I asked about it, the worker mentioned that the service man didn’t air out the car properly. On top of that, my engine is still acting up — it shakes every time I try to start the car. Due to the fuel pump symptoms, I believe it has caused damage to my engine. This is not the level of service I expected, and I’m really frustrated that the issues weren’t fully addressed.

Took in car at 9:30 and didn’t get it till close to 6pm! Julie Canales was courteous but didn’t keep me updated on the longevity of the car situation
I scheduled my appointment for one of two recalls and George made sure that the other recall was done during the same visit so I wouldn’t have to return. I was very pleased with the express service as well.
