Frustrated! Took way too long to produce incomplete work.
Manny, the service writer, was cordial, and very knowledgeable about
questions and concerns that I had about my Honda Accord and its maintenance.
Trevor took care of me again and got me out even faster than last time.
The service done was excellent and so was representative. A couple things we noticed the rear baby car seat was taken out and laid in backseat. The glove compartment was gone thru, the fob key right when driving away said battery low could be a coincidence . The auto lights were turned off . Just some things noticed but other than that the actual service was good.

Made appointment for my free oil change that was due me from my purchase back in April 2024. I also scheduled to have the recall inspected to see if I needed the new part.
When I arrived and told the Honda rep was I was there he asked me was my oil maintenance at 15%. I told him 20 percent and he curtly said well then we can’t do it. I asked why wasn’t I notified of that when I made my appointment he just muttered well they should have asked you. Then he said he would check to see if it could be done but he didn’t check. So frustrating that now I have to come back and have the oil changed later. It was an oil change that was supposed to be free why couldn’t I have it done as it was my choice when to get my oil changed. Frustrated customer

Took the vehicle to service and asked to check the battery. Advised about electronical problems. Later that evening the vehicle would not start. Told by the roadside assistant to have the vehicle checked for the ignition starter. It’s unacceptable that the service department at Norm Reeves would refuse to check the electrical issues further.
Customer service rep always courteous and helpful. Always informing me on what necessary maintenance needs to be done on my vehicle without making me get overwhelmed.

My only complain,when I picked up my pilot the interior had a strong smell of gas,oil and grease mix.Everything else was excellent.
Hello, i didn’t receive a verbal breakdown of the entire service. My final statement doesn’t list the tire tread life as I anticipated to see due to my long commute.
I think Julie Canales was very supportive of my time sensitivity which is commendable and rare in automotive services these days.
