I appreciate the communication and speediness of the service that I needed. Not only did Cerritos Honda admit it was their mistake for the error codes on my vehicle. I was provided a complimentary oil change and engine bay wash. This is the reason I switched from Nissan, who I was with for 14 years. I appreciate the effort of the Honda service team.

I didn’t get service on my car and my Rep Aaron Perez wasn’t a great rep for me. I waited for about 5 hours just for my car to be sitting in the lot and the service guy left on an emergency. My rep Aaron Perez didn’t notify me with this information so this whole time I was waiting in my car it didn’t even get serviced, who he’d cased me to reschedule for a week later.
